These terms apply to the use of this website and to services provided by Sirah Ai. Each engagement is also covered by a written engagement letter or proposal, which takes priority where it differs.
Services and scope
Scope, deliverables, timeline and price are agreed in writing before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
Pricing and payment
- Prices on this website are in US dollars and exclude taxes and third-party costs (such as ad spend, software subscriptions or platform fees).
- Retainers are billed monthly in advance and have a three-month minimum term, then continue month to month with 30 days’ notice.
- Build projects are billed in stages as set out in the proposal.
- We do not charge interest on late payments. If an invoice is unpaid, work is paused under the written terms until it is settled.
Ad spend
Advertising budgets are paid directly by the client to the platform wherever possible. Where we pay on your behalf, it is billed at cost and reported line by line.
Ownership
On full payment, you own the final deliverables created for you. Your accounts, data and access remain yours and are returned in full at the end of an engagement.
Results
We commit to the process, effort and honest reporting. We do not guarantee specific rankings, follower numbers or sales, because no honest agency can.
Our standard
We may decline or end work that conflicts with our published standard, including requests for fabricated reviews, bought followers or promotion of impermissible products.
